I appreciated the central location , , made exploring the city EASY. the all-day buffet was a fantastic perk . It always offered a variety of snacks and drinks. my superior double or twin room provided ample space and comfort.

sparkling wine food variety excellent location
i received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival i found the food variety to be excellent the staff regularly replenished the buffet. the location was very close to la rambla.
the smell of dust was noticeable upon entering the hotel.

the location was quite central only a short distance from the main train line. táxis and metro were steps away. the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.

The hotel location was convenient. It allowed easy access to main attractions. The 24-hour buffet offered a good variety of options. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The original room was not acceptable. I needed to pay extra for an upgrade. There were noises.

kind staff excellent location clean room gaudy feel elevator absence wrong key
the staff are kind and answer questions. the location is excellent, you can reach tourist attractions easy. the room is clean and has all you need.
the hotel has a palace feel that seems gaudy. there isn't an elevator to the main level. i was given the wrong key one time and that let me access someone else's room.

Solid Stay with Excellent Amenities
24 7 buffet soft drinks room fridge
The 24/7 buffet was a real bonus, it included a variety of juices and soft drinks. This was especially welcome after a long day in the heat. I found a fridge and cups were conveniently placed in the room. Air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature.
My room was very small and lacked windows, it. The room felt cramped.

The staff was friendly. They provided assistance with luggage and directions. Reception remained open 24 hours a day. I found this very useful.
